Uninstalling the Eclipse plugin

CAUTION:

The following procedure will remove Oxygen XML Developer plugin from your system. It will not remove the Eclipse platform. If you want to uninstall Eclipse, refer to its uninstall instructions.

  1. Choose the menu option Help > About > Installation Details.
  2. Select Oxygen XML Developer plugin from the list of plugins.
  3. Choose Uninstall.
  4. Accept the Eclipse restart.
  5. If you also want to remove the user preferences you must remove the folder %APPDATA%\com.oxygenxml.developer on Windows (usually %APPDATA% has the value [user-home-dir]\Application Data) / the subfolder .com.oxygenxml.developerof the user home directory on Linux / the subfolder Library/Preferences/com.oxygenxml.developer of the user home folder on Mac OS X.
