Oxygen XML Developer comes with
built-in support for publishing DocBook and DITA XML documents directly to EPUB.

Open the Configure Transformation Scenario(s) dialog box and
select a predefined transformation scenario. To publish from DITA, select the
DITA Map EPUB transformation scenario. To publish from DocBook
select the DocBook EPUB transformation scenario.

Click Apply associated to run the transformation scenario.
