Mac Touch Bar Function Keys Do Not Work

Problem

I am using a Mac that has a Touch Bar but its function keys do not work in Oxygen XML Author Eclipse plugin.

By default, the Touch Bar function keys are not enabled for Oxygen XML Author Eclipse plugin.

To enable the Touch Bar function keys for Oxygen XML Author Eclipse plugin, follow these steps:

Go to System Preferences and select Keyboard.
Click Shortcuts.
From the left sidebar, select Function Keys.
Click the + symbol, select Oxygen from the list of apps, and click Add.
